Meet The Team

Steve Baker and his wife Audrey have been a part of Lincolnway since 2010. They live in Frankfort and have four children. Steve loves to see others connect their story to God's story. Steve loves to tell stories, Legos and Golf.

Matt lives in Norwood Park with his wife, Dorcas, who is also a worship director. He has been serving in worship ministry since he was in elementary school and graduated from North Park University with a degree in Music in Worship in 2017.
Matt enjoys going for walks with his wife and puppy, Mochi; trying different foods and desserts; and restoring and upgrading cars.

Harthe Peterson

Harthe has a passion for the youth of Lincolnway. She spends hours searching for the best curriculum, camps and events - anything to impact the youth for God’s Kingdom. She wants every single youth to feel they’re a part of Lincolnway, to never feel alone, and to have a safe place to deepen their faith!

Jennifer westerberg

Jen loves kids…yours and her own! During the week she’s busy prepping and on Sunday mornings you’ll see her buzzing around making sure all the environments have everything they need!

Erica Cullen

Erica is a master of herding cats (aka teens)! She takes care of any and all events for Youth Group and she comes up with the most engaging and exciting ideas! Your teens will be begging to come to church!
