4.2 - Trusting What You Cannot See

Scripture Reading: Isaiah 55:6-13

Reflection:

One of the hardest lessons in faith is accepting that God sees more than you do. You naturally want an explanation that makes every painful moment fit neatly into place. Yet Scripture consistently reminds you that God’s perspective is larger than yours. That isn’t meant to silence your questions. It’s meant to humble them. A child doesn’t understand every decision a loving parent makes, yet love is still present. In the same way, you won’t always understand why God allows suffering, but you can still know His heart. The cross settled that forever. Every unanswered question must eventually be viewed through the lens of God’s demonstrated love. If He willingly gave His Son for you, then His goodness isn’t erased by what you cannot explain. Today, choose trust over certainty. Trust isn’t the absence of questions. It’s the decision to believe God’s character even when His purposes remain beyond your understanding for now.
